Assessment Centre

This is one of the most in-depth and accurate methods of assessing candidates' and employees' competencies. It consists in observing the behaviour of participants in terms of earlier defined competencies, considered crucial for a given position. Assessment is a result of observing the participants when they carry out tasks similar to those they might encounter in the real work environment.
