Information about the purpose of collection of data by the data administrator

We would like to inform you that the data administrator collects the data in question in order to perform the agreement concluded with the entrepreneur who is the employer. The employer searches for employees with special professional qualifications. The data administrator intends to present the employer with personal data of candidates meeting the employer’s conditions for the purpose of their verification by the employer and, in consequence, so that the employer may consider submitting an offer of employment or cooperation to the candidate.

We would like to inform you that the recipients of the data are entrepreneurs, employers hiring personnel with qualifications which the person making his or her data available has.

Information about the right of access to your data, information about the right to correct the data

We would like to inform you that the person making his or her data available has the right to access the data and to correct them.

Information about the voluntary nature of data provision

We would like to inform you that the provision of personal data is voluntary, and depends exclusively on the decision of the person providing the data. The processing of personal data acquired from the person from whom the data has been obtained depends exclusively on that person’s consent.

Information about the possibility of submitting the application to the data administrator for the provision of information

We would like to inform you that you are entitled to submit a request for information to the data administrator. The request may be submitted at any time, the submission of the request does not require a justification. The specimen of the request has been attached to this form. You may demand all types of information contained in the request or only some of them. Should you be interested in some types of information from all mentioned in the request, please select them. The right to receive information may be exerted no more than once every six months.

Information about the right to demand the supplementation, updating, correction of data, temporary or permanent suspension of their processing

We would like to inform you that you have the right to demand the supplementation, updating, correction of personal data, temporary or permanent suspension of their processing, or their removal if they are incomplete, outdated, untrue, have been collected in violation of the Personal Data Protection Act, or are redundant for the purpose of achievement of the objective for which they have been collected.
