Specialization

We specialize in recruitment of professionals from two key areas where work based on specialist knowledge plays a key role.

- Specialists from the professional services area, e.g. business consultants, finance specialists, legal and tax advisors, or investment managers; and

- Innovative specialists from the technological development area, e.g. IT consultants, telecommunications, renewable energy, medical technology and services or pharmacy specialists.

Methodology

Top professionals are the hardest to recruit. We know how to encourage them to switch jobs and, frequently, even to move from one sector to another. Ideas are the key. And we happen to have plenty of those.

Our work methodology relies primarily on dialogue, mutual respect, relationship building and creativity.

Firstly, we hold a conversation with the Customer. First we listen, then we ask questions, then we listen again, then we think... Dialogue is most important to us because this is the only time when we can respond directly.

Secondly, we analyze the sector where our Customers operate and monitor market trends. To be a step ahead of others at all times and not only to follow the trends but also to set them.

Thirdly, we hold a conversation with the Candidate. Only straightforward relationship allows for true understanding of skills and predispositions. We know how to find the best candidates because we are able to answer, jointly with them, the question where they come from and where they are heading.

 Fourthly, we present to the Customer the profiles of 3 to 5 Candidates who, in our opinion, are the best.

Maybe at this point we should be talking about direct search, search&selection and short list methods. But it is just that we are about actions not words.
