“Y on board” Programme

"Y on board" programme has been created in response to the needs of our clients related to recruitment and co-operation with trainees. The programme is addressed to companies and institutions which are interested in including trainees and young graduates in their team of employees.

The added value of this programme is both factual support for the Client in organising the traineeship as well as assistance in obtaining financing for the programme from the Labour Office.

Generation "Y" are students and young graduates. Their distinguishing feature is a strong motivation for work, with simultaneous concentration on keeping work-life balance. Typical representatives of generation Y are ambitious, with huge potential for development, familiar with new technologies. At the same time, they lack systematised and in-depth knowledge, have little professional experience and expect more and more from employers.
